TELUS Corporate Business customers that have agreed to the Repair Service Agreement will have the ability to process repairs through Mobile Klinik and have their repair services billed back to their account.Mobile Klinik will support all accidental damage and out-of-warranty repairs for most manufacturers, including Apple, Samsung, Google, LG, BlackBerry, Huawei, and Motorola. In-warranty and extended warranty claims will be managed through the regular warranty and extended warranty programs.Mobile Klinik offers the following service options:
  1. 1. In-store repairs: access to 90+ locations nationwide and growing; with repairs often in under 60 minutes, reducing your downtime
  2. 2. Mail in repairs: 72 hour repair service level offering (not including shipping time). Free shipping is offered on repairs valued at over $100.
Please have the authorized signatory in your company sign the below Mobile Klinik Repair Service agreement to enable TELUS account billing for Mobile Klinik repair services.
